Who else has attended this training?

Well known sports stars, media presenters, political figures and successful business people, as well as private individuals. We train anyone from the age of 80 down to 8 years of age - from C.E.O.’s to home executives, and everyone else.

What if I have different training needs compared to other people?

We design programmes according to YOUR needs - so if you need something specific and/or customised - let us know and we will create it for you!

Are your Facilitators Qualified?

At The Voice Clinic, internationally trained, professional voice coaches and facilitators with over 580 years of combined experience are committed to delivering programmes that guarantee exceptional outcomes for clients who seek to improve their presentation and language skills.

What if I don’t like my Facilitator?

No problem - we will immediately reassign you with one of our other expert facilitators, however, this hardly ever happens. All of our Facilitators genuinely care about your Development & Progress and will make every effort to assist you in the achievement of your goals.

Is a small group and individual training better than attending a large conference?

Yes, evidence has shown that individual and small group training is more customised and can focus on your exact personal and business needs and fix problem areas much faster.

Will my personal training requirements be met?

Absolutely, The Voice Clinic training is either one on one, individual or conducted in small groups; customised and directly addressing all of your voice, communication and confidence needs.

Will my voice improve?

It’s impossible for it not to improve with individualised, personal training. Your voice and confidence should improve by a minimum of 75% and sometimes up to 90%.

Why should I invest in training rather than buying a new outfit or household item?

By investing in your own development you will acquire the skills to negotiate an improved career prospect, a higher salary, sell more and thus increase your earning power on a more permanent basis. Once your earning power increases, you can then go and buy whatever your heart desires.

What if I can’t make an appointment?

Simply reschedule 48 hours in advance.

Is this tax-deductible?

Yes, in most cases you should be able to claim up to 80% or more back. Keep your invoice and hand it to your tax advisor/consultant to claim it back under education or training development. You may also be able to claim the full 15% VAT back, especially if this is a business expense. In addition if you are a company you qualify for a R120 return on every R100 spent.

I'm receiving an error when I try and access my online course

If you are receiving an error that states "Missing Key-Pair-Id query parameter or cookie value", this is an indication that cookies are not enabled in the web browser for this particular website. Once cookies are enabled, this error will disappear and you will be able to access the content.

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the context menu in the browser toolbar to the right of the address bar.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Click "Show Advanced Settings."
4. Click Content settings in the Privacy section.
5. Ensure that the bullet for "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" is checked.
6. Also ensure that "Block third-party cookies and site data" is unchecked.

Firefox

1. Click the Tools menu from the top toolbar.
2. Choose Options.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Under "History" select "Use custom settings for history" from the drop-down menu beside "Firefox will."
5. Ensure that the checkboxes for "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third-party cookies" are both checked.
6. Click OK.
