We do not offer refunds on training, books,or manuals for any reason whatsoever.
Should you receive a defective item, return it within 7 days and a new item will be sent to you. If not returned within 7 days of purchase, we cannot replace it for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
It is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
It is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify youthat we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when the new item is sent off.

Individual training sessions need to be postponed 48 hours in advance.
Failure to reschedule in advance will result in a R1299 (excl. VAT) cancellation fee per one-hour session.
Group sessions need to be postponed or rescheduled at least 2 weeks in advance of the commencement date.
Failure to cancel will result in the entire group course fee being forfeited.
Should the client have made a payment in full for the course and fail to complete the course within the approved period, then the course fee will be non-refundable.
By virtue of the fact that The Voice Clinic Pty Ltd has built up a reputation which is not limited to, but includes goodwill, know-how, intellectual property and expertise, and has expended time, research and knowledge in improving vocal techniques and speech, presentation and public speaking skills, the client shall during the duration of any course and at any time thereafter, keep confidential and not divulge or disclose to any person, firm, close corporation or company, information relating to the business and/or undertaking of The Voice Clinic Pty Ltd including information relating to its financial affairs, business and the business of its clients.
The client undertakes not to make copies or distribute any course notes or other documentation provided. The client undertakes not to utilize course notes, ideas and exercises used by The Voice Clinic Pty Ltd for the client’s financial or professional gain.
Should The Voice Clinic Pty Ltd institute action against the client pursuant to a breach by the client of its agreement, The Voice Clinic Pty Ltd shall be entitled to recover from the client all legal costs incurred by it including attorney/client charges, tracing fees and such collection commission as The Voice Clinic Pty Ltd is obliged to pay to its attorneys, from the client.
