I have learnt to be more aware of my breathing and in so doing have addressed major impediments to the way in which I speak and my anxiety about speaking in public and in certain social situations

I became far more conscious of the subliminal signals I am sending through my body posture, tone and voice

I was expecting only 10% of what I have learned in sessions, realising I should have invested in this years ago. So much more to learn than what meets the eye.

I understand better now on how to articulate and present my speeches

To be professional and to answer in the right way
