Most business today is conducted through virtual meetings and online presentations. Whether you are pitching to clients, leading a team meeting or presenting to senior stakeholders, the way you show up on Zoom and Microsoft Teams shapes how your message lands.
The Virtual Presentation & Online Meeting Skills Program is designed for today's business world. Across six personalised sessions, delivered three times a week at two hours per session, you will learn how to look polished on screen, sound clear and confident, and command attention through the camera the same way you would in the room.
This program is for professionals at every level who present, lead or contribute in virtual meetings and want to perform with confidence and impact on screen.
The program covers the full skill set you need to present, communicate and connect through a screen. Each focus area is shaped to your role, your platform and the kinds of meetings you run.
Learn how to present yourself professionally on Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other virtual platforms. You will work on energy, focus and the small adjustments that make you look engaged, credible and in control on screen.
Position your camera, lighting and screen for maximum visual impact. Small technical adjustments make a significant difference to how authoritative and prepared you appear before you have even spoken.
Develop a voice that carries clearly through a microphone and headset. You will learn to project, articulate and modulate your voice so that you sound clear, confident and easy to listen to on every call.
Master the use of facial expression and on-camera eye contact to build rapport with people you cannot meet in person. This is one of the biggest differentiators between presenters who connect and presenters who simply transmit information.
Refine your seated body language, hand gestures and dress codes for the camera. Learn what works on screen, what flattens your presence, and how to dress for the impression you want to make.
Apply the etiquette of professional virtual meetings, from muting and unmuting at the right moments to managing interruptions, handovers and Q&A with composure.
Build presentations that hold attention through a screen, where audience focus is harder to keep. You will learn how to open strongly, structure your content for online delivery, and close with a clear call to action.
Bring it all together. Rehearse and refine your delivery so that you can step into any virtual meeting or online presentation and perform at your best.
